Besides providing its customers with the opportunity to shop without having to travel by car and using up precious resources and not polluting the environment, Abellamiento actively recycles any packaging materials possible, in packages sent out and received!! Most packaging materials used to send out packages are recycled! We encourage you to recycle your boxes and packing materials as well at your local recycling center, every little bit helps!

It's my play on the Italian word for embellish - a la "embellish your life." I think it can also mean a beautiful thing - I strive to offer my customer beautiful items at beautiful bargain prices.

The emphasis is on the first syllable and should sound like "uh-bella-mee-entoh."

Abellamiento offers Google Checkout and Paypal, both options available when you buy something, add it to your shopping cart, and then purchase.

Abellamiento ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) via parcel post (two to nine day) delivery as the standard option. For items weighing 13 ounces or less, first class mail (two to five day delivery) is used. For books, media mail (nine to 14 day delivery) is used. If you want an item sooner or sent via another delivery service (UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc.), please let Abellamiento know at abellamiento@msn.com because it will cost slightly more to send via priority mail (two-day delivery) or express mail (one-day delivery) or via another delivery service such as UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc.

Abellamiento ships the next business day (Monday-Saturday, holidays excluded) once payment has been confirmed through PayPal or Google Checkout.

Abellamiento works hard to describe all items honestly and accurately; however, if there is a problem, Abellamiento is always will to work through to a resolution satisfactory to both buyer and seller.

Abellamiento's customer service philosophy is based on the golden rule (do unto others as you would have done unto you) and an understanding that the customer has chosen to spend their valuable time and money on its products and because that is important to the customer, it is just as important to Abellamiento. I've had wonderful shopping experiences and horrible shopping experiences over the years online and in regular stores, and I strive to bring the best of the wonderful shopping experiences to my customer and not any of the horrible shopping experiences; in other words, Abellamiento wants their customers to be the center of the shopping universe and not out on the periphery.
